At Red Reality, each mug is made to order with care. Because our products are printed on demand, we follow a clear and fair return policy.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong design or size

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

All mugs are custom printed specifically for your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your mug arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email us at support@redrealitymugs.com

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging (if available)

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a full refund


🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time

Please contact us at support@redrealitymugs.com, and we’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.


💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


🌍 International Orders

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
